Refund policy

Exchange & Returns

• Exchange / Return Window: Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition of Product: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage or wear.

Exchange Process & Fees

• A delivery fee of Rs. 249 will be applicable on all exchange requests.
• Exchanged items will be processed and delivered within 7–10 working days after approval.

Refunds

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned items are received and inspected.
